Sick Visit

When your child is sick, waiting for care is difficult.  We do our best to have your child's illness be addressed quickly and conveniently.  Same day sick visits are always available.  We ask you to call for sick visit appointments so that our Pediatric RN's may schedule the appropriate amount of time based on your child's symptoms.  Sometimes our telephones can be busy during the cold and flu season.  We apologize in advance for any time you must wait on hold to have your needs addressed.  If you feel your child needs to be seen and cannot wait on hold you may always come directly to the office for a sick visit.  We will see you as soon as possible if you walk in for a sick visit.  You may also use MyMercy.net to email medical questions that are not urgent.
